All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges (if applicable) are not included and will be added before order completion.
We make every effort to ensure prices on our website are accurate. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right not to accept or fulfil an order at the incorrect price. If an error is identified, we will contact you before processing your order.
Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be made in full before any order is confirmed. We accept payment by debit card, credit card, bank transfer, and cash (where applicable).
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by declined or failed payments.
Your order becomes binding once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
As our products are made to order, the following cancellation terms apply:
Orders under £50: must be cancelled at least 3 days before collection or delivery
Orders over £50: must be cancelled at least 14 days before collection or delivery
Orders over £200: must be cancelled at least 28 days before collection or delivery
Cancellations must be made by telephone on 07459 783084.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
Changes to your order (design, size, date, or collection time) may be possible, subject to kitchen capacity.
All amendment requests must be made by 12:00 noon at least 3 days before your collection or delivery date.
If you are unhappy with your order, you must notify us and return the product to the shop on the same day it is collected.
A sample of the cake must be provided so we can investigate the issue. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If you provide reference images, we will make every reasonable effort to match them. However, all designs are interpreted by our decorators, and final products may vary slightly in colour, style, or finish.

All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
